PURPOSE:

A sentence window displays one sentence in a form-like fashion (according to the current terminology). Each row corresponds to a data element type in the sentence type. The two last rows display realm name and database address (including database identifier and whether the sentence is entered (INPUT) or derived (DERIVED)).

The leftmost column is simply a row counter, while the upper-most row include column headers (argument, data element, domain and value).

ACTIONS:

Entering a new sentence: Simply enter all data element values and press Save New.

Updating a sentence: Simply change the desired data element values and press Update.

Deleting a sentence: Simply press Delete.

Browse forward/backward in the sentence type: Press Next or Previous.

You can not enter or update realm and database address data.

Sentence windows are usually opened from a table window. Note that entering, updating and deleting sentences in the sentence window, is not automatically reflected in the table window. You will have to re-open the table window to see the effect of these changes.
