CONTROLS

Query-response preferences:

• Output format: Output format option (applies to responses to queries and to listing of sentences from the Sentences-window).
• All output to one file: Whether or not responses to processing multiple queries are shown in one or window only (otherwise one window per query will be used). This option is only meaningful if output is shown in an editor window (i.e. it is not meaningful for table windows and delimited files).
• Atomic entity format: Sets one of the three possible NL-formats for atomic entity types.
• Use '=' for DE values: Whether or not an equal sign is used between a data element names and its value in NL format.
• Column width fit: Applies to tabular text and table windows.

Other preferences:

• Include annotations in print-outs: Whether or not annotations (if entered) are included in reports and other relevant outputs.
• Compress trees: Whether or not trees (dependency graph trees, IR reasoning trees, IR trees) will be compressed such that redundant sub-trees will be suppressed (nodes with suppressed sub-trees will be marked with * ).
